China Aoyuan Pays PIK Interest on Senior Bonds Due 2031

China Aoyuan (HKG:3883) paid a PIK interest in an amount of $14.5 million for the 5.5% senior bonds due 2031, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The interest was calculated on the basis of an interest accrual basis for the bonds of $527.9 million.

Following the payment of interest, the outstanding principle amount of the bonds has been increased to $542.4 million.
