China Power International Unit Hire EPC Services to Power Line Construction

China Power International Development (HKG:2380) unit Haiwei (Rushan) Offshore Wind Power agreed to hire Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute to provide EPC services for a power transmission line project for 61.5 million yuan, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The service scope encompasses survey design, equipment procurement, construction, installation, and other technical support services related to the construction of certain onshore power transmission lines.

The transmission lines connect the firm's offshore wind power plant project's onshore central control station to a substation of the local power grid to ensure full electricity output from the project.

Shandong Institute is a unit of State Power Investment, which is the ultimate controlling shareholder of China Power International Development.
