Sany Heavy Equipment's (HKG:0631) attributable profit fell 43% to 1.1 billion yuan in 2024 from 1.93 billion yuan in 2023, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The Chinese heavy equipment maker's earnings per share shrank to 0.30 yuan from 0.52 yuan a year earlier.
Revenue edged down 8% to 21.9 billion yuan from 20.3 billion yuan a year prior.
The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.29 per share, payable on June 30 to shareholders on record as of June 10.
Sany Heavy Equipment's shares rose 4% in recent trading.
