消息面上，中联重科全年实现营业总收入454.78亿元，同比下滑3.39%；归母净利润35.2亿元，同比增长0.41%。西南证券指出，2024年，公司海外、国内分别实现营收233.8、221.0亿元，分别同比+30.6%、-24.2%，其中，海外业务占比同比提升13.4pp至51.4%，且高于国内业务毛利率8.0pp，拉动公司盈利能力整体提升。
招银国际发布研报称，中联重科去年业绩表现逊于预期，主要是去年第四季海外收入增长放缓、其他收入减少以及库存周转天数增加。仍对集团以新兴经济体为主的海外增长战略持乐观态度；在库存方面，管理层有信心今年降低库存水平。该行将其H股目标价上调至7.4港元，认为业绩后回调带来买入机会，维持评级为“买入”。
