AMA Group (ASX:AMA) completed an update to its motor repair services agreement with Suncorp (ASX:SUN), according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company confirmed that the price adjustment mechanism, negotiated during the fiscal 2024 discussions, has been applied, linking prices to industry-specific inflation measures.
As part of their collaboration, the companies are targeting 12 new locations and 40,000 more annual repairs over the next four years with the continued use of Capital Smart and AMA Collision network capacity, per the filing.
