于2025年1月16日至2025年3月31日期间，弘苏实业持有的116.2万股A股(占公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额的约0.12%)因司法强制执行而由弘苏实业透过集中竞价交易及大宗交易处置(“股份减持”)。在股份减持前，弘苏实业持有合共5155.09万股A股，占公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额的约5.12%。紧随股份减持后，弘苏实业持有合共5038.89万股A股，占公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额的约4.99999991%。
