Jack in the Box named Lance Tucker as its top executive.
Tucker has held the restaurant chain's top role on an interim basis since February, the San Diego company said Monday. He rejoined the company as its chief financial officer in November, having previously held the top finance role from March 2018 to September 2020.
He was additionally appointed to Jack in the Box's board.
Dawn Hooper--who was named interim principal financial upon Tucker's promotion to interim CEO last month--will continue in the interim CFO role until a permanent officer is selected. The company didn't provide a timeline or details of its CFO search.
"While there are many priorities to address quickly--including capital allocation, free cash flow acceleration and returning the business to an asset light model--I know our talented corporate team and dedicated franchise operators will work together to position our brands for a very successful future," Tucker said.
