【吉利德科学：必妥维在中国获批用于更广泛的HIV感染者群体】金十数据4月3日讯，吉利德科学宣布，HIV治疗药物必妥维®日前获得国家药品监督管理局批准，删除了中国说明书适应症中对恩曲他滨耐药人群的用药限制，补充了孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药中妊娠女性的临床数据。根据最新中国说明书，必妥维®可作为完整方案治疗人类免疫缺陷病毒1型(HIV-1)感染的成人，且患者目前和既往无对整合酶抑制剂类药物或替诺福韦产生病毒耐药性的证据。同时，中国说明书中的更多证据支持必妥维作为单片完整抗病毒方案，用于治疗妊娠期HIV感染者。
