智通财经APP获悉，三一国际(00631)午后跌超7%，截至发稿，跌6.28%，报5.22港元，成交额4521.13万港元。
消息面上，三一国际公布，公司董事会注意到，已刊载之若干媒体报道，陈述公司已制定一个于2027年实现收入人民币500亿元，毛利率增至24%的目标，公司有信心于未来数年海外矿山装备的复合增长率将达20%(声明)。公司谨此澄清，声明仅代表集团于未来三年的目标，未必一定能达成。根据香港联交所证券上市规则，声明并不构成盈利预测。
招银国际表示，受矿用卡车强劲需求所推动，集团有信心未来几年海外矿山装备复合年增长20%。此外，考虑到煤矿机械有机会于今年下半年复苏，加上港口机械表现稳健以及光伏和油气设备盈利能力改善，将有助提振投资者信心。
