智通财经APP获悉，总部位于中国香港的奢侈手表批发商Top Win International公布了其首次公开募股(IPO)定价条款。该公司计划以每股4美元的价格发行270万股股票，以筹资1100万美元。该公司此前公布的IPO定价区间为每股4-6美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“TOPW”。
资料显示，Top Win是一家从事国际品牌奢侈手表贸易、分销和零售的批发商。该公司直接或间接从位于欧洲、日本、新加坡和其他地方的授权经销商、分销商和品牌所有者处采购奢侈品，并将其出售给客户，包括手表行业内的独立手表经销商、手表分销商和零售买家。Top Win目前提供超过30个国际知名手表品牌，目标客户为中高收入阶层。
