【中国资产 盘中集体异动】金十数据4月3日讯，早盘，受特朗普最新宣布的“对等关税”影响，日本、韩国、越南股市纷纷大跌。然而，中国内地股市跌幅相对较小，中国港股市场方面，港股在大幅低开后，盘中跌幅也有所收窄。值得关注的是，南向资金抄底动作明显，净买额超过100亿港元。针对特朗普“对等关税”的影响，开源证券表示，参考中美第一阶段贸易摩擦及协定的谈判过程，中美后续或也将进行相关谈判。但由于特朗普本次引用IEEPA，因此谈判过程不确定性或提升。在此背景下，国内或将推出增量政策，扩大内需，以应对关税政策可能带来的对我国出口及经济的影响，关注降准降息落地和可能的增量财政政策。港股方面，中信证券近日表示，短期扰动不改港股全年反转行情；但从4月中旬起，若海外开始交易新一轮的美联储降息预期，且国内也开始抢跑月底的政治局会议，港股有望重拾上行趋势。
