智通财经APP讯，泸州银行(01983)发布公告，于2025年4月1日举行的董事会会议上，董事会通过建议根据一项将于股东大会及类别股东会议上寻求的特别授权，发行不超过10亿股新H股，相当于本次H股发行前本行现有已发行股本总额约36.79%及本行现有已发行H股约132.78%，以及相当于本次H股发行后本行经扩大已发行股本总额约26.90%及本行经扩大已发行H股约57.04%。
