Eni (E) is gathering bids for a stake in its Plenitude unit and is discussing a potential valuation of up to 13 billion euros ($14.13 billion) for this round of stake sale, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter.

Sources told Bloomberg that Eni has received initial expressions of interest for a 15% stake in Plenitude, valuing the unit between 12 billion euros and 13 billion euros.

Eni did not immediately respond to an MT Newswires request to comment.
