北京时间2日晚9点30分，美股三大指数集体低开，道指跌0.84%，纳指跌1.53%，标普500指数跌1.06%。特斯拉跌超5%，第一季度交付量不及预期。特朗普媒体科技集团跌超9%。

但截至晚10点47分，美股三大指数集体转涨，道指涨0.1%，纳指涨0.01%，标普500指数涨0.03%，特斯拉的跌幅也缩小至跌2%。

据悉，美国总统特朗普将于美国东部时间4月2日下午4点，也就是北京时间4月3日凌晨4点在白宫公布其所谓的对等关税措施。

彭博社援引知情人士消息称，截至目前，有关即将宣布的“对等关税”措施的细节仍然很少。知情人士表示，美国政府尚未决定好新一轮关税的水平，仍在考虑多种选择。

彭博社分析称，特朗普即将宣布的新一轮关税加剧了市场的紧张情绪。有业内人士向彭博社表示，“整个市场都紧张不安地等待着，想了解关税战可能有多严重，以及经济和企业利润可能受到多大损害。”
