百度移讯战略注资中恒证券
近日，百度移信网络技术（北京）有限公司（以下简称“百度移信”）全资子公司北京百度移讯科技有限公司（以下简称“百度移讯”）宣布，战略入股中国香港券商中国中恒金融集团（以下简称“中恒证券”），成为重大战略股东。此次合作标志着金融科技与证券行业的深度融合迈入全新阶段，双方将共同打造辐射粤港澳大湾区、链接全球资本市场的智慧金融新生态。
百度移信凭借在人工智能、区块链、大数据及云计算领域的先进技术，持续赋能全球金融机构数字化转型。中恒证券深耕中国香港资本市场近10年，拥有股票、期货、公募及信托等合规牌照业务资质及国际化服务网络，客户覆盖高净值个人、家族办公室及跨国企业。此次战略联姻，双方将实现AI驱动财富管理革命、完善跨境金融科技新基建两大颠覆性突破。
百度移信总裁詹旭敏表示：“此次投资是百度科技全球化战略的关键落子。中恒证券的国际化基因与合规能力，叠加百度移讯的尖端技术，将重塑证券行业的服务范式。我们预计未来五年，双方合作的智慧金融产品将触达超500万用户，管理资产规模突破千亿港元。”
