BlockBeats 消息，4 月 3 日，据《金融时报》报道，多位知情人士透露，根据交易条款，包括 a16z、黑石集团、银湖资本以及其他大型私募资本在内的一组新外部投资者将拥有 TikTok 美国业务约一半的股份。这些人士表示，该美国业务将从其位于北京的母公司字节跳动中剥离出来。
TikTok 现有的主要投资者，包括 General Atlantic、Susquehanna、KKR 和 Coatue，也将在美国业务中持有约 30% 的股份。
据参与该过程的人士称，这些计划仍处于初步阶段，可能会发生变化。这是在美国 4 月 5 日法律截止日期前制定的，该法律要求除非北京的业主将其出售给非中国实体，否则将在美国禁止该应用。
特朗普总统的官员定于周三开会讨论谈判情况，多位人士表示，如果总统给予批准，交易可能很快宣布。白宫发言人表示：“如果有关于 TikTok 的声明，将由特朗普总统发布。”
一位人士警告说，情况仍不稳定，白宫仍有可能突然改变计划。根据交易条款，字节跳动将保留不到 20% 的业务股份，以符合美国立法的要求，即“外国对手”不得控制超过五分之一的股份。知情人士补充说，该计划仍需数月的进一步尽职调查、结构调整以及其他公司融资承诺，这是正常收购交易的典型流程，结构可能发生变化，部分股权支持者可能会增加或减少其拟议投资。一位人士表示，这些集团将有三到四个月的时间完成剥离过程。
