香港宽频(01310.HK) 公布，有关I Squared Asia Advisors提出初步收购意向，目前，双方就可能其他要约进行的讨论及磋商仍在进行；董事会并未就可能其他要约发表任何立场，亦未与I Squared Asia Advisors或其投资组合公司HGC Global Communications就可能其他要约达成任何正式或具法律约束力的协议。
