金吾财讯 | 复宏汉霖(02696)公布，近日，重组抗VEGF人源化单克隆抗体注射液HLX04-O("HLX04-O")在一项于湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性(wetage-related macular degeneration,wAMD)中国患者中开展的3期临床研究达到主要研究终点。HLX04-O是在公司自主研发的汉贝泰(贝伐珠单抗注射液)的基础上，根据眼科用药的需求对汉贝泰(贝伐珠单抗注射液)的处方、规格和生产工艺进行优化，保持活性成分不变，而开发的新的眼科制剂产品，拟用于湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性(wAMD)的治疗。
