Light & Wonder to Respond to Aristocrat's Amended Complaint, Reaffirms 2025 Earnings Forecast; Shares Fall 5%

Light & Wonder (ASX:LNW) said it will respond to entertainment and gaming content creation firm Aristocrat Technolgies' amended complaint filed in the US District Court of Nevada, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The revised complaint includes new trade secret misappropriation claims regarding the "Jewel of the Dragon" game, the filing said.

LNW intends to file a response by April 11 and vigorously defend the claims, the filing added.

The company also reaffirmed its adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization forecast for 2025 of AU$1.4 billion and adjusted net profit after tax and amortization of AU$565 million to AU$635 million.

Shares of the company fell 5% in recent Thursday trade.
