由 FD121 Limited（FDUSD 的发行方）委托、独立第三方审计公司 Prescient Assurance 进行的二月证明报告显示，截至报告记录日期 2025 年 3 月 1 日凌晨 1:00（UTC），FDUSD 的储备总额为 2,051,348,188.70 美元，持有形式为美国国债和隔夜定期存款。这一金额超过了当时 FDUSD 的总流通供应量，确认了 FDUSD 可以按 1:1 的比例兑换美元。
对于即将发布的三月证明报告，Binance 将对 FDUSD 的储备进行深入审查，预计三月证明报告将在未来两周内发布。
