金吾财讯 | 中信证券表示，2025年4月2日，据新华社电，中办、国办发布《关于完善价格治理机制的意见》。《意见》聚焦价格改革、价格调控、价格监管等方面，布局能源、交通、农业、公共服务、数据等多领域价格治理机制完善工作，旨在加快构建市场有效、调控有度、监管科学的高水平价格治理机制，提高资源配置效率，提升宏观经济治理水平。该行指，《意见》强调能由市场形成价格的都交给市场，有利于真实反映市场供需关系。《意见》提出健全促进资源高效配置的市场价格形成机制，创新服务重点领域发展和安全的价格引导机制。聚焦能源、公用事业、农业、公共品等多领域价格体系改革：能源领域以价格市场化为主基调。公用事业领域关注民生成本与生产成本平衡。农业领域重在保障粮食安全与农民收益。公共品领域普惠性与规范性并重。该行续指，在“2%左右”的价格目标指引下，通过市场化价格机制，该行认为有望看到更多政策推动物价温和回升。
