金吾财讯 | 正力新能(03677)今日起招股，拟发行1.22亿股H股，其中10%为香港公开发售，90%为国际配售。每股发售价8.27港元，另有15%超额配股权。每手300股，入场费2,506.02港元。中金公司和招银国际为其联系保荐人。股份预期将于4月14日挂牌上市。按发售价每股股份8.27港元计算，预期集资净额9.28亿港元，其中约80.0%预期将用于产能扩张及建设智能制造设施及柔性生产线；约10.0%预期将用于各项研发活动；约10%预期将用作为营运资金及其他一般公司用途拨资。
