智通财经APP讯，香港宽频(01310)发布公告，于本公告日期，(i)董事会与I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd.就可能其他要约进行的讨论及磋商仍在进行;及(ii)董事会并未就可能其他要约发表任何立场，亦未与I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd.或其投资组合公司HGC Global Communications Limited就可能其他要约达成任何正式或具法律约束力的协议。
I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd.已告知董事会：(a)其已完成对公司的尽职审查;(b)其正在落实可能提出的先决条件要约的条款以供董事会考虑，其中将包括有关要约的资金来源说明 ;及(c)任何将提出的最终要约须待 HGC Global Communications Limited及I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd.的母公司内部批准后方告成立(视情况而定，有待要约人实体落实 )。
