4月2日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司信用评级委员会通过对中信银行股份有限公司及拟发行的“中信银行股份有限公司2025年小型微型企业贷款专项金融债券（债券通）”信用状况进行综合分析和评估，评定中信银行股份有限公司主体信用等级为AAA，评级展望为稳定，本期债券信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，中信银行股份有限公司为12家全国股份制商业银行和中国系统性重要银行之一，同时为A+H股上市公司，具有极强的综合实力及品牌影响力，存贷款份额稳居国内银行前列，实际控制人为中国中信集团有限公司。
评级报告认为，中信银行是12家全国性股份制商业银行和中国系统重要性银行之一，具有极强的综合实力及品牌影响力，并依托中信集团“金融+实业”综合禀赋优势，建立了有特色、差异化的中信金融服务模式。同时，该行持续推动信贷业务转型，加大实体经济领域的信贷供给，且不良贷款率呈下降趋势，信贷资产质量总体保持稳健。但在让利实体经济及同业竞争加剧背景下，该行利差、息差水平持续收窄，且随着业务发展带来的资本消耗，未来面临一定的资本补充需求。
