消息面上，启明医疗2024年取得收益人民币4.71亿元。报告期内，公司持续聚焦结构性心脏病领域，通过优化研发管线布局，进一步提升研发效率，集中资源推进核心重点管线的临床进展。全球临床研发项目取得多项重要里程碑，展现公司强大的全球临床研发及运营实力，国际化进程不断深化。
此外，启明医疗近期发行本金总额不超过人民币2亿元的可转换债券，所得净额1.99亿人民币，拟用于加快其核心产品管线的开发；改善本集团的资本架构；及补充一般企业营运资金需求。
