智通财经APP获悉，总部位于香港的证券经纪及金融服务公司华通金融(Waton Financial)以每股4美元的价格发行440万股，以及按照4至6美元定价区间的下限定价完成募资，共筹集了大约1800万美元。最新发行规模意味着该公司实际发行量较原发行预期减少大约60万股。
据了解，华通金融以每股4美元的发行价于4月1日成功登陆美股市场，上市首日股票价格暴涨。截至4月1日(周二)美股交易收盘，华通金融股票价格暴涨396.25%至19.850美元，截至收盘总市值约9.57亿美元。
有资料显示，华通金融主要通过其香港子公司Waton Securities International (WSI)以及Waton Technology International (WTI)提供证券经纪以及金融科技服务。
据了解，WSI为香港交易所上市证券提供证券经纪服务，以及软件授权和相关支持性质的服务。自2023年9月起，该公司旗下的WTI开始提供软件授权以及相关的支持服务，以专注于业务经营以及服务领域的专业化发展。
华通金融(Waton Financial)在4月1日以股票代码“WTF”在美股的纳斯达克市场成功进行上市交易。资料显示，Cathay Securities担任此次发行交易的独家账簿管理人。
