4月1日，中国电建田林那比200MW风力发电项目、杜尔伯特南阳300MW风电项目中标公示，规模共计500MW。

其中，明阳智能中标杜尔伯特南阳300MW风电项目，该项目位于黑龙江省大庆市杜尔伯特蒙古族自治县，计划安装30台容量为10MW的风力发电机组，项目规划装机容量300MW。

中车株洲所中标中国电建田林那比风力发电项目，该项目位于广西壮族自治区百色市田林县，拟安装32台单机容量6.25兆瓦风电机组，总装机规模200MW。
