Owens & Minor Upsizes, Prices $1 Billion Private Debt Offering

Owens & Minor (OMI) said Wednesday it upsized and priced a $1 billion private offering of 10% senior secured notes due 2030.

The company said it expects to close the offering on Friday. The Notes were offered at a price of 100% of their principal amount.

The company said it will place proceeds from the offering into escrow until its acquisition of Rotech Healthcare is completed. Any remaining proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
