智通财经APP获悉，德意志银行(DB.US)的投资部门DWS解决了德国检方对其涉嫌“洗绿”的长期调查。据知情人士透露，DWS同意支付的金额略高于该公司为与美国有关部门就此事达成和解而支付的1900万美元。他们说，和解协议可能会在周三晚些时候宣布。
该调查是在前德银首席可持续发展官Desiree Fixler于2021年公开声明后展开的，她声称这家资产管理公司夸大了其ESG资质。法兰克福检察官在2022年和2024年突击搜查了DWS。此后，该公司用Stefan Hoops取代了时任首席执行官Asoka Woehrmann，并解决了美国证券交易委员会(SEC)正在进行的相关调查。
