【环球网财经综合报道】美东时间周二，AI云计算公司CoreWeave和媒体公司Newsmax在美股市场表现抢眼。

CoreWeave，作为近三年美股最大的科技IPO，于上周五正式登陆纳斯达克。尽管其IPO首秀未达预期，发行价低于原先定价区间，且发行规模有所缩减，但周二该股强势反弹，收涨41.77%，股价升至52.57美元，市值超243亿美元。

据其3月提交的招股书显示，CoreWeave去年营收增长超737%，达19.2亿美元，但仍录得净亏损8.63亿美元。其主要竞争对手包括微软、亚马逊、谷歌和甲骨文。

此外，媒体公司Newsmax于本周一正式登陆美股市场，首日收盘即大涨735%，期间多次因交易过热而被临时停牌。美东时间周二，该股盘中再次大涨逾179.01%，股价冲至233美元，市值逼近300亿美元。自周一上市以来，该股涨幅达2240%。

然而，Newsmax的极端上涨也引发了投资者对风险的警惕。数据显示，过去五年中，美国市场只有7只新股在上市首日涨幅超过700%，但这些公司平均股价随后回撤94%，峰值跌幅甚至接近99%。
