智通财经APP讯，山高新能源(01250)公布，于2025年4月2日(交易时段后)，扬州山高新能源(公司直接全资附属公司，作为发包人)与正晨科技(作为承包人)订立EPC合同。根据EPC 合同，扬州山高新能源同意委聘正晨科技就项目提供EPC服务，合同总价为人民币17,532,779.55元(包括所有税项)(可在国家税务政策更改时调整)。
