Enovis (ENOV) said Wednesday it has named Damien McDonald as chief executive officer, effective May 12.
McDonald succeeds Matt Trerotola, who is retiring and will not stand for re-election to the board. McDonald most recently served as chief executive of LivaNova.
The company also reiterated its expectations for Q1 revenue of $555 million to $563 million.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect $559.6 million.
