智通财经APP讯，中国电力(02380)发布公告，于2025年4月2日，海卫风电(公司一家全资拥有的间接附属公司)与山东院订立了一份工程总承包合同，据此山东院将以代价人民币6150.9万元为输电线路工程提供勘察设计、设备购置、建筑安装工程，以及其他技术支援服务。
公告称，集团通过中国的采购与招标平台及网络(包括中国招标投标公共服务平台、中国电力设备信息网及国家电投电子商务平台)，遵循严谨竞争的公开市场招标过程才授予山东院工程总承包合同。工程总承包合同的代价与其他公司就市场可比较项目所收取的现行价格相符或较的条款更佳。董事认为，工程总承包合同的代价及其相关条款均不逊于独立第三方提供予集团的代价及条款。
