Interactive Brokers Group (IBKR) Founder and Chairman Thomas Peterffy disclosed a stake of about 23 million shares in Newsmax (NMAX) in a Tuesday filing.
The 25.9% ownership is held indirectly through Conyers Investments, making Peterffy the second largest shareholder of the company, according to Investing.com. The stake is worth over $6.2 billion.
Newsmax shares fell more than 23% in recent premarket activity on Wednesday.
