【中国中冶回应2024年应收账款增加近“千亿”原因】金十数据4月3日讯，在今日上午召开的2024年度业绩说明会上，有投资者问及去年公司应收账款同比增加近千亿原因，中国中冶董事会秘书王震表示：一是受经济增速放缓影响，业主方资金紧张项目收款进度较慢，工程结算周期变长，导致工程项目应收快速增长。二是房建工程、政府或下设投资公司、钢铁企业两金回款困难，本企业房地产存货去化慢。三是公司应收政府款项金额增幅较大。
