消息面上，北控水务集团此前发布2024年度业绩，营业收入242.7亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少1.02%；股东应占溢利16.78亿元，同比减少11.5%；每股基本盈利15.63分；拟派发末期股息每股9.1港仙。华泰证券指，公司归母净利低于预期主要系确认的减值亏损增加。此外，随化债政策推进，公司回款有望改善，未来随自由现金流改善，公司分红仍具备提升潜力。
值得关注的是，深圳市自来水价格改革听证会拟于4月11日召开，两个备选方案下的综合供水涨幅均为13%。中信证券认为，历史经验看核心城市调价对水价改革起到催化作用，各地市理顺供水价格机制有望提速。根据该行统计，近期已有多个城市陆续出台价格调整方案，价格机制完善有助改善国内供水行业回报长期偏低的问题。
