海通证券发布研报称，公司核心业绩保持平稳，2024年，公司实现营业收入1429.9亿元，同比+6.4%，归母核心净利润42.7亿元，同比-1.6%。其中，公司物业开发业务贡献收入1386.2亿元，同比+6.5%，占总收入约97%。公司2024年毛利率和归母净利率分别为13.3%和3.4%，较2023年同期分别上升2.17个百分点和下降0.39个百分点;每股基本收益2.38元/股。
该行续指，2024年，公司实现全口径签约金额1335亿元;权益销售金额1033.6亿元，同比-25.1%，权益销售面积504.8万平方米，同比-24.3%;销售权益比例约为77%，市占率TOP10城市达44个。根据克而瑞百强房企销售业绩排行榜，公司2024年全口径销售金额位列榜单第7。回款方面，公司2024年全年全口径回款率高达102%。
