华懋及港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展的何文田“瑜一．天海”公布销售安排，定于本周日以先到先得形式发售69伙现楼单位。当中包括39伙一房单位及30伙两房单位，面积由333至591平方呎。扣除最高折扣及优惠后，折实售价介乎675.58万至2074.71万元，呎价由18,888元至35,105元。
华懋集团销售总监封海伦表示，项见自上周公布新价单及开放现楼预约参观，已录超过3,500人次参观，其中内地客占整体约三成。逾六成客人对一房单位有兴趣。
另外，恒地旗下红磡BAKER CIRCLE首阶段三期已届现楼，恒基物业代理董事及营业(一)部总经理林达民表示，项目第一期“必嘉坊．曦汇”于昨更新价单及销售安排，涉及共16个精选单位，同样于周日以先到先得形式发售。
