　　4月3日消息，港股内房股集体拉升，融创中国涨超5%，中国金茂、远洋集团涨超3%，万科企业、世茂集团等涨超2%。

　　消息面上，房地产市场一季度“成绩单”出炉，市场整体延续了“回稳”主题，核心城市楼市、土地市场表现突出。中指研究院统计显示，在2025年第一季度，全国各地因城施策，累计出台房地产政策超150条，涵盖优化住房公积金政策、优化限售等限制性政策、发放购房补贴等多个维度。

　　据证券日报报道，二手房方面，一线城市第一季度二手房成交量均实现同比增长。以广州为例，广州市住房和城乡建设局数据显示，2025年前3个月，二手商品房交易登记面积282.58万平方米、同比增长27.6%。核心城市优质地块普遍溢价成交，天津、北京、成都、杭州等多地成交楼面价创下历史新高。
