Winking Studios (SGX:WKS) completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Shanghai Mineloader Digital Technology, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
In an earlier filing, the company had agreed to acquire Shanghai Mineloader Digital Technology for a consideration of about 146 million yuan.
Mineloader Digital Technology is a China-based game art outsourcing and development studio.
