美破产法院驳回强生爽身粉诉讼破产方案
美东时间周二早间，强生股价暴跌逾7%，此前美国得州破产法院驳回了其子公司Red River Talc提出的预打包破产计划申请，这标志着该医疗巨头试图通过破产程序解决数万起滑石粉致癌诉讼的最新努力又遭挫败。
得州破产法院裁定显示，法官认为该破产申请“不符合诚信原则”，指出强生通过将滑石粉负债转移至新成立子公司的做法涉嫌滥用破产程序。
这已是强生第三次尝试通过破产法庭处理相关诉讼受阻，此前新泽西和北卡罗来纳州法院均作出类似裁决。
分析师指出，此次败诉意味着强生可能面临高达110亿美元的潜在赔偿责任。
强生股价大幅下跌，反映出市场对其法律风险的持续担忧。该公司表示正在评估上诉选项，同时强调其滑石粉产品安全性获得40年科学证据支持。
