【小米客服回应：SU7电池双供应商随机装，事故车电池待查】金十数据4月2日讯，小米SU7在高速公路上发生事故起火致车上3人遇难的事故引发关注。4月2日上午，媒体致电小米汽车官网客服热线，询问小米SU7搭载的是什么厂家生产的电池。客服人员回应称，小米SU7分为标准版，Pro版以及Max版。其中标准版搭载的是弗迪刀片电池或宁德时代电池，“两种电池混装的，是随机安装的，车主在购车时不能选择。”前述客服人员补充道，Pro版以及Max版仅搭载宁德时代生产的电池。随后，记者向小米官方客服询问今早宁德时代发文回应称“涉事车辆搭载的不是宁德时代的电池”是否属实时，前述客服回应称目前客服方没有得到更详细的消息，对于事故涉事车辆搭配的是哪款电池，暂时无法得知，后续可关注小米官方公示。
