Shares of Trump Media & Technology Group tumbled Wednesday after the company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to allow a trust headed by President Donald Trump to dump around $2.3 billion in stock.
Shares of the social media company plunged 7.8% to $18.69 after Trump Media filed a Form S-3 registration statement with the SEC.
