智通财经APP获悉，意大利金属加工行业工会(Fiom)周三表示，汽车制造商Stellantis(STLA.US)已与各工会签署协议，将有350人自愿退出其位于意大利南部的Pomigliano和Pratola Serra工厂。
Stellantis发言人表示，裁员涉及接近退休年龄的员工，这符合该公司去年12月向意大利政府提交的总体计划。该计划旨在提高Stellantis在意大利的产量。
Fiom在声明中表示，裁员涉及Pomigliano装配厂的300名工人和Pratola Serra发动机工厂的50名工人，这两家工厂均位于坎帕尼亚地区。
Stellantis上月表示，其位于意大利中部阿布鲁佐地区的货车制造厂的114名临时合同年轻工人将转为正式员工。
自愿裁员是Stellantis在意大利裁员的主要手段，目前意大利员工总数约为3.8万人，而2021年初该集团由标致雪铁龙和菲亚特克莱斯勒合并而成时，员工数量约为5.5万人。
