智通财经APP讯，友邦保险(01299)公布，于2025年3月24日(即2025代理购股计划的计划年度(2025计划年度) 指定的登记期(于2025年3月3日开始)的最后一日)，5524名参与者已登记代理购股计划，以于2025年5月1日至2026年4月30日期间每月购买股份。根据参与者就 2025计划年度每月股份购买所示的供款总额及 2025 年 3 月 24 日的股价60.15港元，公司估计于2025计划年度将向参与者授出合共1,812,056个受限制股份认购单位，使彼等有权于相关受限制股份认购单位归属后收取公司将予发行的合共1,812,056股股份。
董事会认为，此等授出将通过让代理持有公司股权来增强其归属感与敬业度，这符合代理购股计划中有关促进和鼓励获选代理主管及代理长期持有友邦保险股份的计划目的。
