消息面上，3月31日，中国海外发展发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，收入1851.54亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少8.58%；股东应占溢利156.36亿元，同比减少38.95%；每股基本盈利1.43元；拟派发末期股息每股30港仙。
公告称，集团聚焦改善性住房需求，在北京、上海、深圳、南京等多个城市首次推出的面向改善型客户的高端产品玖序系等项目逆势热销，其中，上海建国东路项目实现合约销售额387.3亿元，创全国单盘年销售纪录；上海领邸˙玖序/玖章项目实现合约销售额282.1亿元；深圳中海˙深湾玖序项目实现合约销售额156.2亿元。
