BlockBeats 消息，4 月 2 日，据 TheBlock 报道，昨日美国证券交易委员会（SEC）与加密交易平台 Gemini 向纽约南区联邦法院提交联合信函，请求法官批准为期 60 天的诉讼暂停期。双方将借此窗口期探讨 Gemini Earn 加密借贷产品诉讼案的潜在解决方案。该案件起始于 2023 年 1 月的诉讼，SEC 指控 Gemini 通过 Earn 项目违规销售未注册证券，募集价值数十亿美元的加密资产。此次动议提交前一个月，Gemini 联合创始人 Cameron Winklevoss 曾透露，SEC 已正式通知结束对该交易平台的调查，且不会启动执法程序。
SEC 此次态度转变被视为特朗普政府加密货币友好政策的延续。自 2024 年总统大选后，SEC 已陆续撤销对 Coinbase、OpenSea、Immutable 等加密企业的诉讼，并叫停多项调查。今年 1 月初，Gemini 刚以 500 万美元与美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）就虚假陈述指控达成和解。
