都市丽人(02298.HK) 去年录得网上商品交易总额(GMV)约15.7亿元人民币(下同)，按年增长100%。副总裁兼首席财务官蔡玮轩指，今年GMV目标与去年相若，意味着有望增长超过100%。
董事长兼首席执行官郑耀南解释，内地同业主要以批发、代营运及授权方式销售，较难控制价格及质量。公司如今以加盟店和电商合作，可更好控制品质及价格外，亦有助快速扩张市占率。
公司去年开店850家，郑耀南指，今年开店选择会更审慎，目标开设600至700家新店，料关闭低效率的门店约300间。至于产品方面，郑耀南称，公司的主要产品仍然是女性内衣，但观察到保暖衣及家居服等两款产品的受欢迎程度亦有所增升，未来亦会同步增加对产品的投资。
公司旗下品牌之一纯棉居物主打满足一家人的家居生活产品及贴身衣物，目标今年门店数量增倍，达逾200家。郑耀南表示，会主打深圳、广州及华东地区等一、二线城市。蔡玮轩表示，该品牌在深圳罗湖的门店有70%销售源自香港消费者。
公司去年全年派息1.6仙，派息率约30%。蔡玮轩表示，公司目标未来派息率维持在相若水平。(vc/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
