【金杯汽车：子公司2025年重点投资1.54亿元】金十数据4月2日讯，金杯汽车公告，公司控股子公司2025年的重点投资计划总金额为1.54亿元。其中，沈阳金杯李尔汽车座椅有限公司计划投资2076万元，全部用于宝马座椅项目；沈阳金杯延锋汽车内饰系统有限公司计划投资1.33亿元，全部用于宝马门板、仪表板、中控等项目。上述投资计划已于2025年4月1日召开的第十届董事会第二十四次会议审议通过，尚需提交公司2024年年度股东大会审议。
