4 月 3 日，波场 TRON 创始人 Justin Sun 在记者发布会上披露，在为 Techteryx 旗下稳定币 TUSD 提供资金援助后，发现包括香港信托公司 First Digital Trust Limited（FDT）、Legacy Trust Company Limited（Legacy Trust）在内的金融机构及迪拜一家私人公司非法挪用了 TUSD 4.56 亿美元的法币储备金。
Justin Sun 表示，FDT 和 Legacy Trust 首席执行官兼董事 Vincent Chok 卓君强批准了非法转移公众资产的行为，损害了公众权益，同时也危害了香港作为全球金融中心的声誉，虽然 Justin Sun 本人以自有资产提供的资金援助为 TUSD 提供了充足的流动性，保障了所有 TUSD 持有人的利益，但事件暴露信托行业存在严重的漏洞，他呼吁香港监管机构严惩诈骗者并改革行业规范。
